How Do I Book?
You can book through our online booking system. It is super simple and easy for you to see all available times and lash artist you want to see! Just click on the 'Book Now!'
When Will I Receive My Confirmation?
You will receive a confirmation email soon after you book your appointment, then you will receive a reminder text message a day before your appointment.

We are located in South Brisbane and Woolloongabba.

There are some allocated visitor car parks and street parkings available.
How Do I Change My Booking?
You can change your booking through the booking link under your appointment tab.
What Are Your Trading Hours?
Hours are subject to change. Please check our instagram page or call our studio first if you would like to come in to buy products/vouchers.

Do I Have to Choose a Lash Artist?
The team at Endear are trained to provide high quality services with the finest products. You can choose a lash artist if you want to, however you don’t necessarily need to choose. All our lash artists are trained to provide the premium quality services for consistent results. We all have access to our detailed notes for each appointment.
Policies
Appointment
Please be aware that all treatment times include the initial consultation. A pre-consultation form will be sent to you via text, which must be completed on your first visit. If you are late to your appointment by more than 15 minutes, we have the right to refuse service due to our appointment time. If you are late, your deposit will be processed and not refunded.
Cancellation of Appointment
We respectfully ask that if you are unable to attend your appointment, that you please give us sufficient notice of more than 24 hours so that we are able to fill your appointment time. No shows or notice provided less than 24 hours prior will incur a cancellation fee.
Booking Deposit
When booking online or in salon we will require $20 booking deposit to secure your appointment. This booking deposit will be then deducted off your total fee upon the appointment.

Liability
Allergic reactions can occur up to 48hrs after your appointment. By booking an appointment at Endear Beauty Studio, you release M&K Co Pty Ltd & its staff of any liability caused by lash extensions, lash lifts, waxing, tinting or any chemical services.
